ZOLA JESUS AND A STRING OF HEAVY DANISH ACTS ADDED TO THE LINE-UP!

The festival proudly announces this year’s Artist in Residence, none other than the acclaimed American experimental musician, singer, and composer ZOLA JESUS, who will deliver two exclusive performances during the festival.

In addition, A COLOSSAL WEEKEND unveils a selection of some of Denmark’s best heavy acts, which includes GRAVA, NEW MONEY, VULVATORIUS, LUEENAS, SEVEN MILE JOURNEY, (0), ALKYMIST and SLIMO.

The festival also presents a series of special performances:

‍
- The four Danish doom metal bands GAIA, BETHMOORA, DRUKNER, and LUCID GRAVE will collaborate to perform a live rendition of the album ‘Refuse To Surrender - a Tribute to Portishead’.

‍
- Danish darkwave act ST. DIGUE will revisit its first two EPs with a performance entitled ‘Bloom & Wilt Anniversary’.

‍
- The improv-noise duo LASER NUN, featuring Lars Bech Pilgaard (Svin) and Anders Vestergaard (Girls In Airports), will perform their piece ‘Under Folkets Hus’.

THE PRELIMINARY DAY SCHEDULES

A COLOSSAL WEEKEND will announce its final acts by the end of January, completing a program that will feature 9–10 acts per day across three stages. The preliminary day-by-day lineup for the festival is as follows:
